* Provide the commercial network with the necessary arguments to counter objections from competitors and customers based on the value-selling method adequately.
* Prepare the necessary marketing material: brochures, catalogs, and presentations, digital campaigns, etc.
* Prepare product information necessary for each case, such as product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts, and anything else mandatory.
* Participate in the preparation of the tenders, writing the technical part. Keep all the data in the computer system (SAP) up to date to guarantee the reliability of the zGP,
* Keep Teams database updated, as well as the Company's website.
* Maintains regular communications with technical services on problems with instruments, software and reagents within the product line.




* Maintain a fluid relationship with the different KOLs and support the commercial network in the visits that require it.
* Train the different members of the commercial network (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Application Specialists).
* Manages and drives internal projects with minimal supervision.
