Balance business proximity with the independence required of the finance function. Lead the transformation. Evolve the finance function and prepare the organisation for Fusion. Challenge existing processes, promote new ways of working, and manage change effectively. Deliver impact from the earliest stages of onboarding. Drive business partnering. Move from a predominantly control-oriented function to one that actively contributes to business decisions and development.
