You will join an established delivery unit positioned directly at the heart of this regional expansion.

And your role in this?

As the ITSM Consultant & Trainer (French speaker), you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor guiding enterprise customers through complex cloud transitions, modern service delivery architectures, and end-to-end ITSM implementations. Your mission is to translate complex operational workflows into scalable, resilient technical solutions while empowering client stakeholders through strategic delivery, technical coaching, and hands-on enablement.

You will drive end-to-end cloud transitions, customize enterprise tooling (centered around Jira Service Management and the Atlassian suite) to align with target operating models, and support strategic pre-sales engagements with technical discovery.

More specifically,



you will:

- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (Data Center to Cloud), safeguarding data integrity, app integration, and custom operational workflows.
- Advise enterprise clients on modern service management, ITIL/ITSM best practices, and cross-functional workflow optimization across diverse business units.
- Configure, customize, and govern Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and complementary Cloud ecosystem solutions.
- Support pre-sales engineering by leading technical discovery calls, scoping architecture requirements, and validating solution viability.
- Deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and enablement sessions to accelerate client adoption and self-sufficiency.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, embedding swiftly into multidisciplinary teams with proactive delivery ownership.

The Must-Haves:

- Consulting & Training Track Record: Proven background in professional tech consulting environments delivering across multiple client accounts, driving complex workflows,



and conducting stakeholder workshops.
- ITSM & Cloud Acumen: Solid grounding in ITSM frameworks (ITIL alignment, incident/change/request management) paired with hands-on cloud migration and tooling experience.
- Languages: Native or full professional fluency in French paired with working proficiency in English. Ability to communicate technical architecture clearly to both business and engineering stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Agility: Ability to audit varied client environments, diagnose bottlenecks quickly, and deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.

The Nice-to-Haves:

- Working proficiency in Spanish.
- Direct hands-on configuration experience across Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
- Recognized technical certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, Atlassian Certified Professional/Expert).
- Experience with Agile frameworks, cross-functional facilitation, or delivery lead responsibilities.
