As an in-house lawyer at Glovo, you will translate legal work into business milestones by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable partnerships and features. You’ll be embedded in the commercial team, providing pragmatic advice in a fast-paced, international setting. Your work will directly impact revenue and strategic initiatives, from Tu0026amp;Cs to cross-border agreements. This role offers autonomy, opportunities to lead cross-functional projects, and a chance to shape the company’s legal framework.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume and variety of commercial agreements (partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, suppliers)
• Update and draft Terms u0026 Conditions for B2B and B2C models
• Provide quick, actionable legal advice to the commercial team
• Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., Tu0026Cs overhaul) and implement new processes and legal frameworks




• Navigate cross-border matters (e.g., Spain-HQ agreements) and oversee regulatory, IP, and platform issues as needed

Responsabilidades
• Law degree with 4–6 years post-qualification experience
• Spanish Bar admission highly valued
• Excellent English and Spanish drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with exposure to digital platforms or tech sector
