Experteer Overview
As a field-based clinical and technical expert, you will support end-to-end adoption of Cepheid diagnostic solutions—from pre-sales through post-sales—by delivering in-depth clinical guidance, training, and implementation support. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Care teams to ensure instrument and assay deployment succeeds and customer satisfaction grows. This remote Iberia role focuses on expanding user adoption, building clinician networks, and guiding go-live and workflow integration. Your work helps drive patient outcomes at scale and aligns with Cepheid’s mission to advance molecular diagnostics.

• Integrate Cepheid solutions and support customers through evaluation, implementation, and ramp-up to go-live
• Offer technical direction and troubleshooting for instrument operation, assay implementation, and LIS connectivity
• Deliver trainings,



product demonstrations, and data analyses to inform decisions
• Support sales strategy by driving implementations, nurturing key accounts, and building cross-functional networks

Responsabilidades
• MSc or PhD in Biology or Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the Spanish healthcare market, especially point of care
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of molecular diagnostics and lab workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful trainings
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to travel up to 80% and valid driving license with good record
