Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the data migration and archiving workstream for the LMS Replacement Programme, partnering with the implementation vendor to execute critical migration activities. You drive the delivery plan for data discovery, profiling, mapping, transformation, dry runs, reconciliation and archiving, while ensuring validation, data integrity and inspection-ready evidence. You apply AI-enabled approaches to improve profiling, mapping, cleansing and transparency within quality and compliance guardrails. You work cross-functionally to manage dependencies, risks and escalations, shaping the data strategy and delivery for a validated GxP context. manage dependencies and escalate risks and issues early • Collaborate with Business Delivery, IT, data owners, SMEs, Quality, Testing, Technical Workstream, IT BP and Platform Lead • Apply automation, analytics and AI-assisted techniques to improve profiling, mapping, cleansing and delivery transparency within quality guardrails • Challenge assumptions, ensure credible delivery estimates and enforce governance boundaries at the programme level • Ensure adherence to validation requirements for GxP-regulated systems Responsabilidades • Proven experience leading data migration and/or archiving for validated GxP-regulated systems • Strong understanding of data integrity, traceability, reconciliation and inspection-ready evidence • Validation-led mindset with focus on quality and compliance • AI fluency and ability to apply automation and analytics to data migration activities • Ability to manage delivery plans, risks and dependencies and escalate appropriately • Collaborative stakeholder management across multiple teams and external partners Requisitos principales •
