Experteer Overview
As Lead Infrastructure Engineer you will steer the design, delivery, and maintenance of our hybrid IT infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes. You will guide the Infrastructure Team within Shared Technology Services, aligning architectures with business goals while driving reliability and security. You’ll own IaC and CI/CD automation, incident response, and vendor relationships to support scalable operations. This is a chance to shape platform direction, optimize cloud spend, and elevate operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver robust, secure infrastructure at scale.

• Lead, mentor, and resource the infrastructure team to achieve targets and foster high performance
• Design scalable hybrid architectures and Kubernetes-centric systems aligned with business goals
• Drive IaC and CI/CD automation using Ansible and Terraform
• Maintain performance, monitoring, and uptime across physical, network, storage, and Kubernetes environments; manage incidents and off-hours maintenance
• Collaborate with InfoSec to enforce security controls, perform risk assessments,



and ensure audit readiness
• Evaluate third-party tools and manage technology partner relationships to meet SLAs
• Establish and monitor operational metrics (MTTR/MTTD, uptime SLAs, cloud spend optimization, incident response)
• Lead complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery and manage cross-functional projects

Responsabilidades
• Operational leadership and governance experience leading infrastructure or operations teams
• Strong project and workflow management skills for complex initiatives
• Deep knowledge of on-premises hardware, storage, networking, plus IaC with Terraform and Ansible
• Hands-on experience designing and administering multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) on Linux and Windows
• ability to manage incidents, reliability, and off-hours maintenance
