In this role you will underwrite SME financing applications for FX products and trading facilities, shaping risk-aware credit decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve underwriting policies and ensure a profitable lending book. You will drive continuous improvement in risk controls, process efficiency, and customer experience in a fast-growing, inclusive fintech environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Underwrite SME financing applications for FX products and trading facilities using financial and transactional data
• Balance risk and reward for each application and present or approve decisions within authority
• Decision FX trading limits and support credit committee reviews
• Improve underwriting policies for FX exposures and contribute to KRIs and portfolio monitoring
• Ensure KPIs for underwriting are met (SLAs, approval/decline rates, limit utilisation)




• Identify operational inefficiencies and manage changes across onboarding, limit management, and margining
• Optimize risk mitigation while maintaining a positive client experience
• Monitor and validate credit decision outcomes and FX exposure movements
• Lead preventive/reactive actions for factors affecting portfolio performance and profitability
• Ensure first-line credit risk function is properly approved by 2nd/3rd line and regulators

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in credit risk analysis for FX or treasury products
• Bachelor in Engineering (or similar quantitative field) from a top university
• Understanding of credit policy governance and 2nd/3rd line of defence
• Familiarity with fraud risk controls in underwriting decisions and FX onboarding
• Experience launching or improving credit products, FX risk features, or trading products
• Track record of delivering results and clear documentation of exposure risks
• Strong analytical thinking capable of processing large information sets
