Experteer Overview
In this role you will join Sedgwick’s Legal u0026amp; Liability loss adjusting team to manage international claims, assess losses, and develop case workplans. You will deliver thorough loss-adjustment reports and negotiate settlements, collaborating with external lawyers and internal experts. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, contributing to a world-leading insurer with a caring culture. You help shape outcomes for clients facing unexpected events, driving accuracy and cross-border expertise. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage claims with an international profile (foreign clients, claimants or loss location)
• Prepare and present case workplans to clients and follow up
• Write loss adjustment reports solo or with internal/external technical experts
• Assess and validate loss quantum (material damage, business interruption, bodily injury)




• Negotiate with involved parties up to case settlement
• Coordinate with external lawyers/counsel

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Law; interest in foreign jurisdictions; liability-focused formation is a plus
• Solid knowledge of insurance claims management (Liability, Marine, Property, Recoveries)
• More than 3 years' experience with a Loss Adjuster, broker or insurer
• Experience in report writing; strong communication skills
• Interest in building a career in insurance loss adjusting (claims assessment and calculations)
• Interest in international and cross-border claims
• English proficiency at min. B2; additional languages are a plus
