Experteer Overview
In this role, you support Sales Managers during bids by providing technical product knowledge and integration expertise. You lead project execution from order receipt through commissioning, coordinating with partners and cross-functional teams. You will engage in technical proposals, customer meetings, and marketing activities to showcase solutions. You drive project quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction, enabling successful orders. This position offers international exposure and development within a leading power systems company.

• Review RFQ and prepare technical proposals aligning with client requirements
• Coordinate adaptations with HQ application engineers to tailor serial products
• Provide technical support to Sales Managers throughout the offer process
• Participate in marketing actions, exhibitions, events, and technical presentations
• Lead projects from order receipt to commissioning, applying PMP-based processes
• Ensure effective interfaces with partners and subsuppliers during execution
• Coordinate payment/invoicing/revenue milestones with Finance




• Coordinate and lead Service team during commissioning
• Perform detailed post-calculations after commissioning
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the company

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• Minimum 3 years in project management
• Project leadership skills
• Knowledge of business operations and cross-functional coordination
• In-house MTU product training: MTU tools (IPAS, Business Portal, CEC, LCC, Windchill, S4HC, PPM4PSB)
• Technical knowledge of diesel and gas engines for marine, power generation, and industrial applications
• Knowledge of electricity markets and energy storage technologies (BESS)
• Negotiation and sales technique training
• MS Office (intermediate-advanced), AutoCad, MS Project
• Languages: English – high level
• PMP certification is valuable
