Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead regional category management for HR and Professional Services, aligning with Global Category Leads to deliver procurement value across the region. You’ll identify opportunities via market insights and contract reviews, drive innovation with strategic suppliers, and support regional targets and category programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strategies meet business goals and regional needs. This role offers scope to shape procurement strategy and deliver measurable impact in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades
• Strong expertise in category management, sourcing, procurement, and project management.
• Proven experience developing and executing category strategies.
• Deep understanding of HR and Professional Services categories and commercial models.
• Experience working with senior executives in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
