In this role you will lead the infrastructure analyst team within IT Workplace u0026amp; End User Services, overseeing regional operations across Europe and Africa. You will act as a senior technical advisor and operational leader, ensuring service delivery and continuous improvement aligned with global IT standards. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, identity and access governance in Active Directory and Entra ID, and endpoint services, while coordinating tickets in ServiceNow. You will bridge regional teams with global IT leadership and external providers, fostering collaboration to stabilise services and enhance the end-user experience.
