Experteer Overview
In this Materials Planner role, you ensure timely material availability to support production across Essity’s European operations. You’ll blend planning with data analysis and collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks and handle supply changes. You’ll manage orders, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate master data while driving improvements in day-to-day planning. This position offers hands-on problem solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a clear impact on production flow and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Execute and monitor material plans to ensure raw materials are available for production
• Build day-to-day supplier relationships and monitor service performance to address risks
• Share forecasts with suppliers and translate changes into supply actions
• Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier call-offs, adjusting priorities as needed




• Monitor stock levels and balance material availability with inventory objectives
• Respond to shortages, delivery deviations and planning exceptions with timely solutions
• Maintain accurate planning and procurement master data and drive process improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Relevant experience in material, supply or production planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP or similar planning systems and Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
