You contribute to clinical research activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support study protocols and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on improving site performance and driving meaningful impact across sponsor partnerships and patient outcomes. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and maintain relationships with key site stakeholders (PI, site coordinators, research staff)
• Guide site staff on study protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, quality conduct
• Identify chances to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through ongoing communication and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor site engagement strategies per study/site needs




• Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement outcomes to study teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Clinical research, site management, or related experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multi-tasking capacity
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• Willingness to travel approx. 60%
