Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the AI transformation of the Digital Interactions tribe, combining hands-on engineering with AI leadership to deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet business needs. You define standards, review architectures, and mentor the team while actively contributing to engineering efforts. You design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions, applying CI/CD and DevOps practices, and ensure responsible AI and security requirements. You collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical outcomes. You drive the AI-DLC transformation and shape the AI toolchain and architecture.

• Define technical standards, guidelines, reusable components, and best practices; guide implementation decisions and resolve complex challenges
• Conduct technical reviews to uphold code quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability; mentor the team
• Lead by example with hands-on contributions while guiding and accelerating AI engineering capabilities
• Follow non-functional requirements, technical debt remediation, and security life cycles
• Design and deploy cloud and cloud-based AI solutions using modern software engineering and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Docker, API)
• Ensure security, data protection, and Responsible AI compliance; monitor performance and drive improvements
• Develop and implement applications using Spec Driven Development (SDD); translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
• Collaborate with Tribe Tech Lead, central AI Factory,



and AI Foundation to share patterns and implement solutions; lead AI/Generative AI design discussions
• Drive integration of AI models into enterprise applications via APIs or MCPs; contribute to technical roadmaps and decision-making
• Communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences; identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements

Responsabilidades
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS or AngularTS; solid software engineering practices
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Spec Driven Development (SDD)
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management in an international environment
• Ability to define technical architecture, standards, and development guidelines
• Solid understanding of security, scalability, performance, and Responsible AI principles
• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications and services
• Experience integrating AI models through APIs and enterprise applications
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
• Strong cloud architecture experience and deploying AI solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-evolving AI environment and learning new technologies
• Hands-on technical mindset with leadership, proactivity, ownership, and improvement proposals
• Problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus
