Experteer Overview
As a Firmware Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware for power devices, focusing on TI C2000 solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software that meets QoS standards and sprint timelines. Your work will enable advanced solar and storage inverter applications and contribute to the energy transition. You will collaborate on design, testing, and documentation to drive robust, scalable firmware.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for ZGR products focused on power device management
• Follow QoS-driven development processes and code documentation standards
• Review code merges in GitLab and manage ticketing in Redmine
• Prepare design documents and perform debugging, unit testing, and verification




• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure on-time delivery within sprint planning and support other departments as needed

Responsabilidades
• Engineering or university degree in a science field
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 0–3 years of academic/industrial experience
• Proficiency in C programming
• Experience with embedded software development for microprocessors is desirable
• Python programming experience
• GitLab version control and Doxygen for documentation (desirable)
• Unit testing experience (UTs) and test design (desirable)
