Experteer Overview
In this role you collaborate with global pharmaceutical customers to maximize value from Veeva's Pharmacovigilance suite. You act as a trusted PV advisor, bridging customers and cross-functional teams to shape usage and roadmaps. You’ll help translate PV challenges into scalable success stories and empower customers to achieve their business goals. The position blends strategic guidance with hands-on relationship management in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support 4-6 large global customers post-implementation of Veeva PV applications
• Own relationships with customer decision makers and PV leaders; act as trusted advisor
• Coordinate with Strategy, Sales, Product, and Services to address customer needs
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize PV application usage and develop customer roadmaps




• Foster customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration and learning

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies
• Customer-facing consulting experience
• Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
• Ability to travel up to 25% and reside in Europe
