You'll be in the middle of some genuinely new engineering territory: AI-native product development, not retrofitted AI. You're curious about AI and have started exploring it, whether in side projects, coursework, or on the job. You want to know if the thing you built actually helped, and you're willing to go back and fix it if it didn't.You're comfortable, or eager to get comfortable, with Ruby on Rails and React.You communicate clearly and can explain what you're building and why without overcomplicating it.And you're a collaborative teammate:
