As a Technical Consultant, you will oversee the technical management and operational integrity of a portfolio of assets in Spain. You will supervise construction activities, support Property Managers, and ensure legal and technical compliance. You’ll manage contracts with service providers, monitor budgets and Pu0026amp;L, and lead renovation and repair projects. This role sits under Asset Services Spain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect asset value and service standards.
