Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and data scientists to deliver a scalable, model-driven budgeting platform for performance marketing. You steer end-to-end budgeting—from quarterly planning to daily budget changes—across markets and channels, balancing rigor with business constraints. You partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into reliable decision products. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing, data-driven environment where your work directly influences spend impact and growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead engineers and data scientists across the full product lifecycle, from problem framing to production adoption
• Coach and develop team members, set measurable goals, and hire to close capability gaps
• Own end-to-end budgeting lifecycle, including payback-based allocation models and CLV estimation
• Consolidate fragmented tools into a coherent budgeting platform with clear ownership and roadmap
• Shape technical strategy, balance architecture trade-offs, and ensure reliability and data quality
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to align scope, timelines,



and measurable goals
• Provide clear recommendations under uncertainty and translate modeling concepts for non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades
• Depth in either Software Engineering (backend, scalable prod-ready apps) or ML/Data Science (ML lifecycle and tooling)
• Willingness to ramp up on the other side due to cross-functional setup
• Proven people leadership with ability to mentor engineers/data scientists and manage large-scale services
• Experience delivering scalable systems where modeling is central to the product
• Comfort with production-grade practices: CI/CD, monitoring, testing, version control, modern data/ML stacks
• Pragmatic product collaboration and business acumen, able to translate requirements into deliverable work
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving
