Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the central authority for authorization across BASF, driving governance and alignment with cross-functional teams. You will design and implement authorization frameworks that map to business needs while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate testing, audits, and exceptions, and serve as the SPOC for policy standards. This position sits at the intersection of IT and business processes, enabling scalable, secure access controls in a global digital solutions environment. • Act as the central authority for authorization topics across the organization
• Drive authorization initiatives with General Process Owners and cross-functional teams
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for authorization policies, standards, and governance
• Review and govern authorization exceptions with proper justification and documentation
• Coordinate authorization testing with SIT and UAT




• Design and implement authorization frameworks aligned with business needs
• Perform regular audits of authorization models and processes for compliance and improvement

Responsabilidades
• Technical University Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar)
• 5+ years as IT Solutions Architect focusing on Business Process Authorizations
• Leadership experience in agile organizations
• Strong project delivery track record
• Experience in digital organizations and digital transformation
• Ability to translate business processes into authorization concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methodologies
• Excellent English communication (C1)
