In this role, you will shape and implement ABB’s IS governance across a global organization, balancing assurance with advisory to enable value creation. You’ll translate governance models into practical actions, guiding senior stakeholders and driving collaboration across functions. The role centers on improving frameworks, ensuring compliance, and embedding governance into daily operations. You’ll work hybrid and impact how IT aligns with business goals through pragmatic, measurable improvements.

• Design, maintain and continuously improve IS governance frameworks, policies, and standards to align IT with business goals
• Monitor governance, compliance and risk implementation; coordinate internal/external audits and drive remediation
• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enable governance adoption and collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in IT/IS governance, compliance, risk management or related areas in a global corporate setting
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing across functions, cultures and levels
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for governance implementation
• Ability to take ownership and work autonomously with accountability
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500) is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset focused on identifying gaps and implementing improvements
