Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the A400M MRO Network at MAESE by planning and coordinating material and tooling for in-service events, ensuring timely availability and clear delivery dates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate needs, manage stock, and resolve clearance issues, contributing to on-time event execution and efficient resource use. The role blends planning, logistics, and customer-facing coordination at a military base, offering a meaningful impact on aircraft maintenance operations. You will operate in a disciplined, process-driven environment with a focus on integrity and compliance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Master planning and daily status checks for event material availability
• Ensure backup support via external providers during peak periods
• Manage inventory visibility and readiness of means and tooling per event




• Coordinate materials for events including schedule events, retrofits, and C checks
• Confirm RDD and EDD for each event
• Oversee quantities and calibration of tooling, shipments control, and minimum stock levels
• Monitor consumables life limits and KPI reporting

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance
• Strong experience in MDS tool
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
• Leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a military environment and with direct customer contact
