As CLM Product Lead, you own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mondelēz's Contract Lifecycle Management platform. You will bridge Legal, Procurement, Ru0026amp;D, Sales, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize contract processes, and deliver measurable commercial value. You lead cross-functional deployment, governance, and ongoing platform support while mitigating risk and ensuring contract value is realized. This role combines product leadership with vendor management and strategic collaboration across enterprise functions.

• Define and own the CLM product roadmap and translate business needs into a delivery plan
• Drive CLM deployment across multiple business functions with adoption and change management
• Oversee platform support, including issue resolution and release management
• Lead contract compliance management to track obligations and prevent value leakage

• Develop a strategy for deploying Amazon Quick Agents for CLM

• Engage with IT architects and developers for technical delivery
• Manage relationships with the CLM vendor and influence product direction

• Experience building effective cross-functional teams

• Hands-on CLM experience and comfort with API/MCP integrations, data migration, and metadata modelling
• Familiarity with eSignature tools and multi-geography requirements
• Experience with Coupa, Hicx, Sievo, and process orchestration platforms like Pega or ServiceNow
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven contract analytics; GenAI-assisted authoring is a plus
• Experience with SAP and integrations is a plus
