Experteer Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end First Mile solve for a core EU flow, driving performance across a multi-country network. You collaborate with Middle Mile and Last Mile partners to deliver seamless delivery, while shaping quarterly strategy and peak execution readiness. You lead a team of analysts and managers, balancing customer experience, capacity, and cost amid complex regulatory and cross-border dynamics. You will champion AI-powered tools to raise precision and speed, transforming how execution scales across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the end-to-end First Mile plan for a core flow across the EU
• Monitor backlogs, steer volume, and make real-time network decisions
• Coordinate with Middle Mile, Last Mile, and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end performance
• Lead Daily Business Review with 50+ stakeholders to drive network balancing actions




• Develop forward-looking solves and forward capital and capacity plans aligned with Su0026OP
• Prepare the network for peak execution and rapid trade-off decisions during volume variability
• Drive automation and AI-powered decision-support through collaboration with technology teams
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership and regional Directors

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in supply chain execution, operations planning, or network management
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence across senior leadership
