In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations to enable reliable production, delivery, and service. You’ll partner with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to optimize planning, inventory, and logistics while driving continuous improvement. You will build a high-performing team and promote a strong safety and accountability culture. Responsabilidades

- Coordinate production planning with manufacturing teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage procurement-related raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production
- Lead finished goods inventory management including ABC analysis, reorder points, and safety stock
- Define and monitor inventory targets and service level objectives
- Oversee order book and backorder performance with Sales and Customer Service
- Analyze and report key supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Lead the monthly SIOP process
- Drive warehouse excellence across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping




- Manage freight performance and transportation costs for optimal service and cost efficiency
- Coach and develop the supply chain team through recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement culture
- Support strategic initiatives for sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to meet business objectives

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Business (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and SIOP/SIOP processes
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Analytical and data-driven problem solving
- Strategic thinking with hands-on operational mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Customer Service
- Advanced MS Office; ERP systems experience (Dynamics 365 preferred) and Power BI desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English
