Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the execution and optimization of Celonis' employee benefits footprint across the EMEA region. You will own global and regional benefit programs, manage vendor relations and renewals, and collaborate with People Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and tax handling. You’ll support employee inquiries, ensure compliance with local laws, and continuously improve processes across countries. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, international environment with a clear impact on employee experience and regulatory governance.

• Own and manage integral benefit offers (e.g., gym partnerships, life insurance)
• Act as operational owner for all EMEA benefit programs (health, pensions, life/disability, wellness, regional perks) and maintain benefits catalog
• Support end-to-end contract renewals with regional brokers and providers; coordinate timelines and renegotiations
• Coordinate enrollments, changes, and terminations with local brokers/providers; align deductions with Payroll
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits,



policy details, and claim escalations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, reporting standards across EMEA jurisdictions
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize processes; support global Total Rewards initiatives
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Global Benefits and US-based Benefits Specialist and Total Rewards team to align on strategy

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in HR operations, benefits, or total rewards
• Familiarity with statutory vs. supplementary benefit structures across major EMEA markets (Spain, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands)
• Hands-on, curious mindset with a desire to learn the broader Total Rewards landscape
• Attention to detail, structured data management, and ability to manage recurring deadlines with minimal supervision
