Role Description
We’re hiring a Senior Data Solution Architect to join a integral energy technology leader, driving the design, implementation and optimisation of data-driven solutions across a portfolio of large-scale projects.
This is a hands‑on, business-facing role. You’ll bridge product and engineering within a team of 3-5 Solution Architects, 50+ developers and 5-7 Product Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale data solutions on AWS and Snowflake
- Define coding standards, best practices and service usage patterns for developers
- Act as the central point of contact for technical guidance across multiple projects
- Partner with product managers to turn functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Present architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own complex project challenges as the primary technical contact
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale AWS implementations
- Strong knowledge of S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, CloudFront, SQS, CloudWatch, SageMaker and AWS CDK
- Proven Snowflake architecture and data integration expertise
- AWS certifications (preferred)
- Experience leading in multicultural, cross-functional environments
- Excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
