Cigna is seeking a Client Executive IOH SMO to manage a portfolio of SMO clients and brokers within its international division. You will own the client/broker relationship, handle inquiries and escalations, and ensure smooth implementation of new clients and services.
You will regularly communicate on Cigna services, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments on issues, with a focus on renewals and client retention in an international context.
