Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles with international scope.





Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates from diverse global talent pools.

Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, competency-based evaluations, and reference checks.

Advise clients on international labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients' HR and hiring managers across different regions.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, upholding the firm's reputation.

Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence and best practices.

Stay informed about geopolitical and economic factors impacting international talent acquisition.

Prepare comprehensive reports on recruitment progress and outcomes for clients.

Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships.

Requirements

Extensive experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong focus on international or cross-border placements.

Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in complex global markets.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority recruitment projects simultaneously.

Expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of international employment regulations and cultural nuances.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in other languages is significant advantage.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
