SAP Finance Transformation Lead/SAP FI Process Lead

Location: Barcelona, Budapest or Warsaw (onsite 1 or 2 weeks per month, depending on phase of Project)

Start: January 2027

Duration: 1 year

Experience: 3-7 years

Purpose: Lead business transformation and process readiness ensuring template adherence and standardized adoption.

Mission: Align with core processes and drive data readiness to cutover/go-live; secure local adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure site pre-requisites incl. legal/statutory specifics.

Lead Fit-to-Template and capture gaps/config needs.

Coordinate with Schneider Digital.

Drive data mapping, quality & cleansing.

Define test scope & scenarios and support testing.

Escalate improvements to GBPOs.

Support go-live & hypercare.
