Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs, organizational objectives, and desired candidate profiles.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from various channels.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.

Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity.

Build and cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience.

Advise clients on labor market trends, salary expectations, and effective recruitment strategies.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights into pipeline activity and hiring efficiency.
