We are looking for a

Quality Engineering Supervisor

to join our team in

Valencia, Spain .

This opportunity is aimed at experienced Quality professionals with a strong background in the

automotive industry , combining technical quality expertise with team leadership and a strong customer and supplier orientation.

Main responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 6–10 employees

Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement activities

Manage APQP and PPAP processes

Coordinate supplier quality activities and audits

Support customer quality requirements and expectations

Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions

Monitor Quality KPIs and reporting

Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System

What we are looking for:

5+ years of relevant experience in Quality

Engineering degree or equivalent





Previous experience in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools

Experience leading and developing teams

Professional English

Previous experience with Ford requirements, standards or customer‑specific quality processes is considered a strong advantage
