About the Opportunity
Our client is an international infrastructure developer delivering next-generation hyperscale and AI-ready data centre campuses across Europe.
They are seeking a Mechanical Technical Manager to provide technical leadership across cooling systems, HVAC infrastructure and mechanical design for a growing portfolio of mission-critical developments in Spain. This position offers the opportunity to influence projects from concept design through construction and commissioning while working within a highly collaborative client-side environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering and design review activities.
Develop and assess cooling strategies for hyperscale and high-density environments.
Review HVAC, chilled water, heat rejection and cooling plant systems.
Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical, civil and architectural disciplines.
Support equipment selection,



procurement and technical evaluations.
Manage consultant and contractor technical deliverables.
Support construction, testing and commissioning activities. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex industrial projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water and cooling infrastructure.
Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
