We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid. This role focuses on the German-speaking market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing. Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
* Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers
* Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
* Manage free trials and follow up with prospects
* Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
* Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue
* Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team Requirements
* Native or bilingual proficiency in German
* Native or bilingual proficiency in English
* Must currently reside in Spain
* 1–6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles
* Strong confidence with cold calling
* Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads
* Strong KPI and metrics orientation
* Availability aligned with US time zone
