A fast-growing B2B PR and marketing agency working with established brands in the iGaming industry, a small, remote-first team with a flat structure, direct access to clients and a strong presence at industry events.
About the role
Looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid and organic marketing, with LinkedIn as a main channel. You'll take full-funnel ownership, from strategy and campaign set-up to optimisation and reporting, working directly with the founders and clients rather than passing work down the chain.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimise paid and organic campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Own the full funnel, from audience targeting and creative testing to lead generation and reporting
- Grow brand presence and engagement with a B2B audience
- Work closely with the founders and clients to turn goals into campaigns
- Track performance, report on results and use data to improve campaigns
- Represent the company at selected industry conferences and events
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in iGaming, or on the agency or provider side
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, ideally LinkedIn Ads, alongside organic content
- A proactive, hardworking self-starter who is comfortable owning results
- Strong written English and an analytical, data-led approach
- Based in Europe and able to work remotely
Nice to have
- SEO and PPC experience
- Experience attending or supporting industry events and conferences
