What you'll do
• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist What we're looking for
• Native-level or C2 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required What's in it for you Compensation




• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
