Key Responsibilities

- Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and customer concerns effectively.
- Guiding customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our internal systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to identify and address root causes of customer issues.
- Contributing to the knowledge base by creating and updating help articles and FAQs.




- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
