As Senior Data Scientist at Ebury in Madrid, you will lead the commercial analytics roadmap, turning data science into real-world sales impact. You design and productionize predictive models, including lead scoring and profitability analyses, to inform growth strategies. You’ll work closely with sales and data teams to embed insights into CRM workflows and decision making. This is a-business-critical role that blends advanced analytics with hands-on deployment to accelerate global growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the commercial analytics data science roadmap end-to-end from problem framing to production deployment and impact evaluation
• Evolve and deploy predictive models (lead scoring, conversion, profitability) and design new algorithms
• Design and run experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference) to quantify revenue and sales impact
• Work with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers,



and Data Analysts to integrate model outputs into CRM and sales workflows
• Translate complex technical results into actionable insights for sales leadership and drive adoption
• Set and uphold best-practice standards for model architecture, validation, and productionization

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of dedicated Data Science experience with production-ready predictive models and demonstrated business impact
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for handling large structured and unstructured xghoner data
• Strong background in statistical modeling and ML algorithms with rigorous evaluation
• Experience building CLV, churn, lead scoring, or propensity models
• Ability to translate technical outputs into executive strategies and collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders
