As a key member of the Partner Revenue team, you will accelerate growth for Glovo Ads by owning end-to-end launches and coordinating across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams. You will translate complex business needs into actionable growth strategies and track performance metrics across 20+ markets. Your work helps scale the ads portfolio while maintaining alignment with HQ and local operations. This role offers impact across markets and a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a clear path to influence product and go-to-market decisions.

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting
• Structured launch planning, timeline management, and senior stakeholder alignment with accountability for outcomes
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional or multi-regional teams (HQ, Product, local teams)
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for KPI tracking and reporting xghoner
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Prior experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Excellent English communication skills for executive-level reporting
