Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural plans for modular and prefabricated housing units, optimizing for manufacturing efficiency and site assembly.
Collaborate extensively with remote engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams using digital collaboration tools.
Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models for modular components and complete building systems.
Research and integrate innovative materials and technologies suitable for modular construction.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability certifications.
Develop custom design solutions for clients, adapting modular systems to specific site conditions and aesthetic preferences.
Participate in virtual design reviews and client presentations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of modular design processes and product development.
Maintain project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the remote team.

Requirements Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 6 years of architectural design experience, with a demonstrated focus or strong interest in modular or prefabricated construction.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD).
Experience with digital collaboration platforms and remote work tools is essential.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction site logistics for prefabricated elements.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials.
Excellent design, visualization, and communication skills.
