At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Our SPA Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Spa and fitness area. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Spa and the Hotel departmental policies, service procedures and standards:
Be aware of all products/services that are offered at the Spa.
Review and approves commissions reports and completes payroll.
Review slow moving professional stocks and implement tactics to move the inventory.
Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing Strategy and to ensure ongoing representation of the Spa.
Collaborate with the Director of Rooms and Finance on forecasts, stock levels, requisitions, budget, targets etc. Prepares monthly financial and statistical reports, incorporating proposals and recommendations regarding policy and operation at the Spa; Liaise with the Director of Communications in the preparation and development of marketing plans for the year and coordination of all promotional plans and projects.
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; Knowledge of budget preparation and control
Possesses knowledge of SPA and reservation systems.
