You Will
Manage high-value group business
Drive conversion and revenue performance
Work across international markets and multiple channels
Be part of a centralised, high-performance CRO (Central Reservations Office)
What You’ll Own
Manage group reservations across direct, OTA, and wholesale channels
Proactively convert enquiries into confirmed business
Build, negotiate, and optimise group quotes, including upselling opportunities
Take full ownership of billing, deposits, and
