Elevate Events is a general Accommodation, Hospitality & Event Support Partner, providing accommodation management, venue sourcing, hospitality services, and operational support for events worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage participant accommodation requests, from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
Manage extensive rooming lists both through online digital platform and directly in Excel ( High level of Excel essential )




Research hotels and accommodation options for events across international destinations.
Negotiate hotel rates, contracts, availability, and booking conditions.
Coordinate with hotels to ensure accurate bookings and consistent service standards.
Customer Service & Relationships
Handle booking enquiries, amendments, special requests, and reminders.
Provide personalised accommodation solutions based on customer needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve booking issues or complaints efficiently both online and on site
Build strong relationships with hotels, suppliers, clients, and event partners.
Project Coordination & Administration
Monitor payments and invoicing, coordinating with the finance team.
Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication across teams.
