About the role
We are seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to support our general accounts receivable team. Reporting to the Global Credit & Collections Manager, you will own collections for an assigned customer portfolio, carry out credit reviews, and produce the AR reporting the team relies on. You will join as Finance moves to Workday , and will help test, migrate and run the new Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Responsibilities Collections: Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of international customers. Follow up on overdue invoices by email and phone, and work towards team DSO and CEI targets.
Credit Reviews: Prepare credit assessments for new and existing customers using financial statements, credit agency reports and
