The Role We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team, taking ownership of process improvement, tooling design, and industrial equipment acquisition at our Sant Boi plant.
Create and maintain technical documentation, 3D models and drawings of assembly and control fixtures.
Lead the acquisition of industrial equipment and machinery: sourcing, technical evaluation, and supplier negotiation.
Design tooling and fixtures for industrial assembly applications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D;,



Quality, Logistics) on future projects and plant requirements.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
~2–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment.
~ Proven track record in efficiency and productivity improvement projects.
~ Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and machinery acquisition.
~ Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools; Experience designing tooling and fixtures for industrial assembly.
