About the Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive Ejecutivo de Medios y Comunicación Externa to join their corporate communications department in León, Guanajuato . Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of external communication plans.
Support media relations efforts by identifying opportunities and coordinating with media contacts.
Draft and edit press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
Monitor media coverage relevant to the company and industry, reporting key developments.
Help organize and manage press events, interviews, and company tours.
Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support communication needs.




Assist in managing the company's online newsroom or media portal.
Support crisis communication activities as directed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Enthusiasm for learning about corporate communications and public relations.
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
