Mission
You will work side by side with experienced in?house lawyers on real corporate work. That includes corporate housekeeping across a large portfolio of companies, powers of attorney, notarial deeds, and providing ongoing support and practical solutions to the business's day?to?day legal queries. You will also deal regularly with notaries, registries and leading external law firms. The role also includes a significant share of administrative and billing support, which requires rigor, method and strong organization: keeping track of invoices from notaries, registries and external advisors.
