This position will focus on working with other R&D; staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings.
The successful candidate will regularly meet senior R&D; staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior R&D; staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches.Conduct lab testing on R&D; products and production products, as needed.Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained.Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory.Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials.Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.Take part in ongoing R&D; meetings to develop a more in depth knowledge of ongoing products with a goal to increase independence.
