About the Role
We are recruiting for a Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer experience team in Athens, Greece. You can work remotely, from a modern office, or a mix of both, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.
No prior experience is required. Full paid training is provided from day one, making this an idóneo starting point for a career in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries in Spanish by phone, email and live chat
- Resolve issues, provide accurate information and escalate cases where needed
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Deliver a consistently professional, high-quality customer experience
- Work with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential
- Fluent English (team working language)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any client-facing role (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Clear,
empathetic and professional communication
- Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
- Positive, solution-focused attitude
- EU work authorisation, or eligibility for visa sponsorship
